In this document it is placed the names and the buyers' identifications and salespersons, the boundaries, the number of the cadastral reference and real state registration of the property promised in Sale, the price, the money to surrender to the signature of the contract of Promise of Purchase-sale and the signature of the Public Scripture, Place and date to the Signature of the Public Scripture, the day of the delivery of the Property and Expenses.
THE PUBLIC SCRIPTURE
This is the closing of the negotiation which the following documents are needed:

LEASE A PROPERTY PER DAY
Cartagena is a tourist city that is visited by many people of different parts of the world, some they come in plans of tourism and others of business, due to this, the necessity of the temporary leases arose for people that like to live well.
REQUIREMENTS
Sign the contract and lease inventory per days.
Make reservation of the property with 50% of the total value of the lease. If the person cancels and doesn’t come for some reason, the 50% won't be returned and if the person consigns the total of the lease, the 50% will be returned.
- Leave deposit of 50% of the total of the additional lease for concept of some damage caused to the property. If something happens it will be made rate and arrangement of the damage and the balance will be reimbursed, if anything doesn't happen in a same way it will be returned. This is made with the purpose of to guarantee and to take care of the properties in administration.
- To the moment of delivery of the Property to cancel the other 50% of the lease.
- When the property is idle, we’ll make revision of inventory.
